A Nursing Care Facility

We bid a project for one of the larger nursing home facilities in Canton, Ohio. This project was over budget and as a result of this was in jeopardy of losing Federal funding.

We were invited to review this project. Our proposal was to change equipment selection for approximately 70 split systems to another type of installation.

This change required less moving parts, easier service, and more dependability on parts and parts pricing.

The customer was "given" back $97,000.00 for a savings on the project, which was 24% of the original cost. Operating costs will be at least a 10% savings. This project was undertaken as a direct result of these savings.
